Form Selling Date    : Online             15th and 30th November 2018

                                       Offline             19th and 20th November 2018

Form Available         : At School counter and our Website: www.dayanandpublicschool.edu.in

Eligibility                    : For Std XI (Science and Commerce streams) The child should have a Pass  

  Certificate from ICSE or other equivalent examination and having a good moral character.

Required                     : Copy of Birth Certificate, duly attested Report Card of

Documents                  Std. IX (Final Term) and X (1^st Term only)

Note:

Form submission date for Std. XI will be on 10th and 11th Dec’ 2018 in the school office between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

 Required documents are:

1. IX Mark Sheet Attested.
2. X 1st term and 2nd term Mark Sheet.
3. Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate.

The admission list will be declared of the last day of ICSE 2018’ Exam.
