Students of Class XII Science and Commerce visited the Tata Cummins Plant, Jamshedpur to gain practical exposure to real-world manufacturing processes. During the guided tour, students observed engine assembly, machining operations, and quality testing, along with the use of advanced automation and safety practices. The visit helped Science students connect theoretical concepts with mechanical and industrial applications, while Commerce students learned about supply chain management and organisational workflow. The insightful interaction with engineers made the experience enriching and helped broaden students’ understanding of modern industry practices.
