Dayanand Public School Hosts Prestigious ASISC Udumala Gregory Reddy Memorial Inter-School Story Telling Competition; 25 ICSE Schools Participated
Dayanand Public School proudly organized and hosted the ASISC Udumala Gregory Reddy Memorial Story Telling (Sub-Junior) Competition 2026 ON 30th June 2026 in the school premises. The prestigious inter-school event drew widespread participation, bringing together young, talented minds from around 25 prominent ICSE schools across Jamshedpur.
The literary program commenced with a solemn and auspicious lamp-lighting ceremony led by Ms. Archana Rehal, Principal, alongside a distinguished panel of educators and academic experts.
Each participant articulated and narrated their chosen story with an array of themes. The young orators captivated the audience and judges alike with their impressive voice modulations, dramatic expressions, and articulate delivery, demonstrating an exceptional command over language and performance.

Dayanand Public School hosted the CISCE National Yoga Championship 2024 on 3rd and 4th October 2024 in the school premises.
Around 370 students from 14 Regions of different parts of India and overseas (UAE) participated in this Championship.

Opening Ceremony:
Mr Umesh Kumar Singh, Managing Director, Tata Robins Fraser (TRF), Jamshedpur was the Chief Guest for the opening ceremony.

Closing Ceremony
The Chief Guest for the Occasion was Colonel Earnest Paul, Deputy General Manager, Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Limited., Dr. R. N. Sharma – Chairman, Jamshedpur Arya Samaj Trust, Mr. Gian Taneja Chairman – Siksha Samiti, Mr Rajiv Talwar, Mr Devender Chatrath Trustee Members and all the distinguished members of the management were present on the occasion.
The programme started with the lighting of the Lamp and followed by the cultural programme which was based on the YOGASANA.
It was a successful endeavour appreciated by everyone.
